Activities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access
- Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment
- Perform application lifecycle management
- Support Azure core services
- Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures. Security, Availability & Governance
- Enforce least privilege access and zero trust principles
- Support MFA, device based access, and security baselines
- Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads
- Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments
